How it works

You and up to 8 members of your team will inventory what you are bringing to the AI conversation, tracking your pressures, your questions, and your skills. Then, you will map out your network of interest holders, and how they are impacted by the use of AI.  A facilitator will help you identify alignment or gaps with your core vision, mission, and values, and prioritize the outcomes that matter to your organization and its partners. By working through a structured conversation about the realities of your interest holders and your capacity as an organization, you’ll build a scaffold to help you create policies and structures that work for you now, and that can adapt to your needs in the future. Following the lab, your Onlea facilitator will share a summary of team breakthroughs and best practices to shape your AI toolkit.
